The main purpose: ??used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, rubber additives, dyes, catalysts and other fields. Used as powder wet extrusion granulation. Working principle: The ??screw extrusion granulator is twin-screw. Its extrusion form includes two types: front extrusion and side extrusion. It is composed of driving, deceleration, transmission box and main machine. It is added to the wet powdery material in the main machine. It is transported and compacted under the action of a specially designed screw element. The process of unbalanced pressure during opening pressure is sent to the granulator head. It is then extruded out of the formwork to form pellets of the same granularity, thus achieving the purpose of granulation. Since the powdered material is extruded in the wet state to complete the granulation process, subsequent operations (eg, drying, coating, etc.) and operating conditions are greatly improved. It can generally reduce the amount of dust on site by more than 90%.
